Bun Bo copy 225x300 Street food explained: Bun Bo  (August 2012) – One of the busiest local spots for a specialty Vietnamese noodle dish in Hanoi is found at 67 Hang Dieu across from the Hang Da market. The dish, Bun Bo (pronounced Boon Baw), is a mix of of rice noodles, peanuts, fried shallots, fried beef and garlic, fresh herbs and bean sprouts.
